Why do fake news resonate so strongly with young users – and how can serious journalism compete on their screens? This 30-minute impulse examines youth media habits, digital platforms and the skills needed to recognise disinformation. It highlights approaches that help educators engage students with reliable news and presents DER STANDARD’s media literacy initiative in practice.
